Day 1 – San José
Upon arrival in Costa Rica, one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the exit of the Juan Santamaría International Airport to welcome you and then take you to the San José area. First night in San Jose.
Day 2 – San José > Arenal
Enjoy your breakfast. Early in the morning take the transfer to the majestic Arenal Volcano and stay for two nights at the selected hotel. We suggest you visit one of the thermal complexes, where you can relax your body in hot springs that emanate from the Volcano. (Additional cost)
Day 3 – Arenal
Enjoy your breakfast. On this day we suggest an excursion that allows you to explore the surroundings of the Arenal Volcano, visiting the Arenal Reserve and where the Sky Tram and Sky Trek are located. Discover the forest from the perspective of a bird on a cable car, walk deep in the forest crossing hanging bridges and enjoy all the flora and fauna that inhabit the Reserve. (Additional cost)
Day 4 – Arenal > Monteverde
Enjoy your breakfast. At mid-morning, take the transfer to the high mountains of the Tilarán Mountain Range, specifically the Monteverde Cloud Forest. During the tour, enjoy beautiful rural landscapes that adorn the gravel road and as you approach the higher parts, feel a slight change in temperature due to being more than 1,300 meters above sea level. After the tour, check in at the selected Hotel for two days.
Day 5 – Monteverde
Enjoy your breakfast. During the morning we suggest visiting the all-time favorite Selvatura Park for true nature lovers and thrill seekers. Spend the entire day exploring the cloud forest from different perspectives and spotting wildlife in the exhibitions. This is the ultimate experience of nature created by its beauty and multitude of emotions on the Hanging Bridges and Canopy. (Additional cost)
Day 6 – Monteverde > San José
Enjoy your breakfast. Take the transfer to the Hotel in San José; the time will be confirmed according to availability.
Day 7 – San José
Free day to explore San Jose or take an optional excursion.
Day 8 – Return
Transfer to the airport to take your return flight.
