Day 1 – April 8th
Guatemala Airport > San Juan La Laguna
We’ll meet early at Mexico City Airport to begin this adventure. Upon arrival in Guatemala City, enjoy a private transfer to Panajachel and then a boat ride to the hotel in San Juan, located on Lake Atitlán. In the afternoon, take part in a traditional Maya ceremony.

Day 2 – April 9th
San Juan > Cultural Tour
Participate in a cultural and nature-focused tour. Begin your adventure at Cerro Tzankujil in San Marcos, where you’ll have the chance to dive into the lake from a 12-meter-high platform. Then return to San Juan to visit local cooperatives, admire colorful murals, explore the famous Umbrella Street, and finish at the Kaqasiiwaan lookout point.

 

Day 3 – April 10th
San Juan > Antigua
Transfer to your hotel in Antigua. Free afternoon to explore this charming colonial city at your own pace.

 

Day 4 – April 11th
Antigua > Volcanoes
The volcano hike begins! Depart the hotel at 7:30 AM for the trek starting at 10 AM. Reach base camp around 4 PM, and enjoy incredible views of Fuego Volcano. Those who wish can take an optional hike closer to the volcano (additional cost). The day ends with dinner and overnight stay in cabins at base camp.

 

Day 5 – April 12th
Volcanoes > Antigua
Begin the ascent at 4 AM to witness sunrise from the summit. Afterward, begin the descent. Return to the hotel in Antigua around midday. Free afternoon.

 

Day 6 – April 13th
Antigua > Return
Transfer to Guatemala City Airport for your return flight to Mexico City.
